Job summary

Läderach in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Full Time Key Holder (Shift Lead) to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and coach the team while upholding brand standards.

You will lead shift tasks, help achieve sales goals, ensure product merchandising and food safety, and participate in team meetings while growing a career in retail management. Prior retail experience is helpful and a passion for chocolate is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• Passionate about chocolate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and maintain a similar environment for the in-house team.
• Provide training and/or help Store Associates to meet production goals, including product-finishing projects.
• Lead various in-store tasks during each shift, upholding store and brand standards.
• Ensure movement on the sales floor flows effectively.
• Help ensure product merchandising is accurate.
• Follow through on all food safety protocols.
• Target sales objectives and help achieve store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals and improvements.
• Take on other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

A Laderach Full Time Key Holder (Shift Lead)is a brand champion who is passionate about providing a wonderful overall in-store experience. The ideal Key Holder exudes strong leadership traits and aims to build a career in retail management.

What You Can Expect

• You will deliver outstanding customer experience, as well as a similar environment for the in-house team

Physical Requirements

• Depending on the length of the shift, employees may need to have physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment.
• This position requires the ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays).
• Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized.
• Employees may be required to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products.
• Some retail positions require employees to maintain cleanliness in the store, which can involve bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays.
• Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching.
• Requires the ability to lift 15-40 pounds (7-18 kilograms).
