Nothing Bundt Cakes in Elkhart, Indiana is seeking a Lead Joy Creator to keep the bakery upbeat while crafting and serving our signature treats. You’ll help maintain a friendly shop floor, support teammates, and spread joy to every guest.

Compensation

The Joy Creators will earn at least $14.00 per hour to start. Candidates may be further compensated based on their experience, drive, ability to learn quickly, and desire to improve. Additional compensation is available, including performance bonuses and other perks.

Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery location are employed by the franchise owner/operator and are not employees of Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate (the franchisor).
