Job summary

Workstream, located in Clinton Charter Township, MI, is seeking friendly and motivated individuals for the role of Shift Lead at Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill. The position involves prepping and grilling, serving customers, and managing store operations. Experience is not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prep recipes and ingredients.
• Perform grilling and frying.
• Chop vegetables and garnish.
• Serve customers effectively.
• Handle cleaning and dish washing tasks.
• Open and close the store.
• Reconcile cash and prepare daily reports.
• Lead and assist other team members.
