Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a Production Associate, Pouch, to support drug formulation, weighing, cleaning and packaging in a fast-paced cleanroom environment.

You will perform over-pouching, quality checks, and documentation, with training and safety emphasized. This hourly, non-exempt role offers shift flexibility, comprehensive benefits from day one, and opportunities to grow within our manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or expected.
• One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic English communication skills sufficient for team work.
• Ability to read and follow safety and quality instructions.

Responsibilities

• Over-pouch and seal the over-pouch for bags containing IV therapies and sterile solutions.
• Inspect over-pouches and bags to ensure quality standards.
• Perform quality checks using gauges and scales.
• Maintain cleanliness and complete scheduled cleaning activities.
• Report safety, quality or equipment issues to supervision.
• Follow cGMP and SOPs and work in a 6S cleanroom environment.
• Address packaging issues and ensure correct sealing.
