Job summary

Chenega Agile Real Time Solutions, LLC is seeking a Shift Captain to lead security operations at a high-profile NASA facility. You will supervise armed personnel, respond to emergencies, and ensure safety on site while coordinating with site leadership.

The role requires supervisory security experience, a DoD clearance, and the ability to meet NASA fitness standards. This full-time position offers a challenging environment with meaningful impact daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, valid driver's license.
• Graduate of an accredited law enforcement, military police, physical security, or recognized law enforcement training academy, or previously commissioned by an accredited law enforcement agency.
• Minimum three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in physical security, law enforcement, military, or related fields, including supervisory experience and operational decision-making responsibilities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required licenses, certifications, clearances, NASA fitness standards, including a DoD security clearance, weapons qualification, NIMS requirements, and drug-free workplace compliance.
• Successfully pass background and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supervising armed security or law enforcement personnel in a federal, military, aerospace, or critical infrastructure environment.


• Strong background in incident command, emergency response, and security operations management.


• Prior experience making personnel and operational decisions in accordance with established policies and procedures.


• Honorably discharged military service (when applicable).


• Demonstrated expertise in security administration, inspections, reporting, and workforce management.
