The Shelter Resident Transition (SRT) Service Associate (SA) is an operational role assigned temporarily during disaster relief operations. SRT Caseworkers work with shelter residents to understand their resources and remove roadblocks to help households create an individualized action plan to transition from the shelter to a more sustainable living solution.
