Qualifications

• Master's degree with 2 years management experience in homeless services.
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years experience; 2 years in a management role.
• Associate's degree with 4 years experience; 3 years in a management role.
• High School Diploma with 5 years experience; 4 years in a management role.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the Compass House Women's Shelter.
• Develop and implement program initiatives and ensure client service delivery.
• Supervise staff, ensuring adherence to agency guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain relationships with the community and service providers.
• Respond to emergencies on a 24/7 basis as required.
