Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Weekend Overnight Shelter Supervisor in McAllen, TX. The part-time role covers Friday 10PM–9AM, Saturday 10PM–9AM, and Sunday 10PM–Monday 8:30AM. You will intake residents, monitor safety, conduct housekeeping, and maintain logs.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and at least two years in a social services setting, with strong English communication and data entry skills. Applicants must be reliable and capable of responding calmly to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents during overnight shifts and prepare intake records.
• Monitor safety, security and adherence to house rules on shift.

• Perform housekeeping and meal preparation tasks as needed.
