Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred in social work or related field.
• Experience with homeless populations and supportive resources.
• CPR and First Aid certification prior to employment; TB clearance.

• Coordinate and supervise intake operations for Bell Shelter programs.
• Oversee bed occupancy, eligibility, and admissions processes.
• Maintain HMIS data accuracy and timely documentation.
• Provide guidance and training to Intake Specialists and collaborate with Program Managers.
