Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, and develop shelter staff to meet client outcomes and compliance.
• Provide leadership to staff to achieve operational goals and performance benchmarks.
• Conduct regular supervision, evaluations, and progressive discipline as needed.
• Identify training needs and coordinate staff development opportunities.
• Oversee all shelter operations including service delivery, case management, housing and employment targets.
