Job summary

Taylor Shellfish Farms, Inc. is seeking an entry-level, full-time production worker to operate in a shellfish processing area. The schedule is Monday through Friday with early start times, handling live, raw and/or cooked products while following safety protocols.

Responsibilities include packing, quality checks, and adhering to company standards. You will report any safety issues to management and maintain a clean, safe work environment with consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; full-time hours.
• Willingness to work in a production environment handling shellfish.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company production standards and guidelines.
• Packaging and getting products ready for shipment.
• Ensure product getting packed is up to company standards.
• Report safety and company policy violations to the manager.
• Report equipment in need of repairs to the manager.
• Maintains a positive and cohesive work environment.
• Compliance to safety and regulatory concerns.
• May be required to do other tasks as needed.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
