The Role

Join our team as a Shell Room Lead where you will oversee the daily operations in the shell room, ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently and meeting quality demands! This role provides direction, training and support to the team while driving continuous improvement in processes, safety practices and product quality.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Train new employees and cross train team members.
• Lead and coordinate a team of shell room operators to meet production demands.
• Provide hands on support for daily operations including shell building, drying and inspection.

To succeed in this role, you will have the ability to motivate, lead and communicate with a team effectively. You will have working knowledge of shell room processes and equipment and have the ability to read and interpret work instructions.
