Job summary

SpartanNash in Madison, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry/Store Price Maintenance Associate to enter and update sale items, oversee shelf tags, and ensure pricing accuracy for daily operating needs.

You will execute price changes, perform regular shelf checks, verify UPC accuracy against the master file, and maintain records for internal audits while upholding safety and guest experience guidelines in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including email and spreadsheets.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents.
• Detail oriented with accuracy in data entry and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Execute changes for all prices marked in the store in accordance with procedures.
• Regularly perform shelf checks across the store.
• Order shelf tags for missing items and verify tags on arrival.
• Verify UPC items in store against database files.
• Maintain price verification records for internal audits.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked department and follow safety guidelines.
• Follow PPE, food safety, and guest experience guidelines.
• May be assigned tasks in other departments as needed.

Midvale Blvd - Madison, Wisconsin 53705Position Summary:This role is responsible for data entry, process, retrieval and filing of any reports or store/company procedures and maintaining scanning information at store level; reviewing/executing proper host batch maintenance as scheduled; ensuring all sale items are entered into computer and taken off at end of sale, ensuring all shelf tags are accurate and maintained; price checks completed and prices marked in the store are accurate to ensure that the work shifts of all department associates contribute to the financial best interest of the store.
