The position is labor-intensive, involving lifting 20–45 lb cases, bending, reaching, and standing with a regular schedule. Transportation to multiple locations is required, with an emphasis on reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Access to personal transportation to multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Must pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable).
• Lifts 20–45 pounds per case and other physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, route).
• Deliver customer service and attentiveness to customer needs.
