Job summary

Island Operating is seeking an experienced Class A or Lead Production Operator for offshore Shelf properties. This role ensures safe and efficient operation of production facilities, maintains compliance with BSEE regulations, and supports Island’s Living in the Z.O.N.E. safety culture.

You will monitor production equipment, troubleshoot issues, complete required documentation, and collaborate with the offshore team to maintain reliable production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct production operations experience.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Operate offshore production facility per customer requirements.
• Test, calibrate, maintain, and inspect equipment.
• Complete mandatory paperwork for customers and government agencies.
• Coordinate logistics for the facility.
• Demonstrate chemical treating and handling competencies.
• Maintain Glycol Dehydration Systems and Draft Burner Unit.
• Monitor Heat Exchanger and 3 Phase Separation.
• Stay organized and communicate effectively within the team.
• Maintain safety and comply with Island’s Living in the Z.O.N.E. culture.

Overview

Island Operating is seeking an experienced Class A or Lead Production Operator for an offshore Shelf properties. The Operator will monitor and maintain production equipment, troubleshoot operational issues, complete required documentation, and work closely with the offshore team to maintain safe and reliable production.
