Job summary

Mill Rock Packaging (MRP) is seeking a Sheeter Operator in Salt Lake City, UT. You will operate and maintain the sheeting equipment to meet customer specifications, follow GMPs and ISO 9001, and help ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, ability to read work orders, and basic math with US-to-Metric conversions. You will set up machines, monitor output, perform routine maintenance, and keep accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read gauges and measurement data; US to metric conversion.

Responsibilities

• Operate sheeter machinery safely and efficiently per procedures.
• Set up and adjust machine settings to meet job specs.
• Monitor operations, inspect output, and adjust as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate production records.
• Minimize waste and ensure proper use of materials.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a clean, safe work area.
