Job summary

CSX is seeking skilled pipe fitters for work in shops, yards, buildings, tracks and along right of ways. Workers must meet the manufacturer's weight rating and safety requirements for equipment, including ladders and fall arrest gear, to perform duties safely.

The full journeyman rate is $44.26 per hour. Two weeks of paid training at the Railroad Education & Development Institute in Atlanta, GA will be provided, with CSX covering travel, lodging, and meals as required by the collective

Training

You will attend two weeks of paid training at the Railroad Education & Development Institute in Atlanta, GA. CSX will pay for travel, lodging and meals as required by collective bargaining agreement.
