A full-service Design-Build company located in Fort Walton Beach, FL, seeks a Sheet Metal Trade Foreman to supervise construction crews on projects in the area. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience supervising sheet metal trades on medium to large projects, demonstrating skills in safety, quality control, and effective team leadership. Competitive pay between $40.00-$50.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K with company match.

We now have a national presence with current projects spanning coast to coast. We are a full-service Design-Build company. We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations' team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense (DoD) market.
We are looking for a Sheet Metal Trade Foreman candidate to join our Field Operations team in support of projects in the Pensacola/Hurlburt Field area. This position may also travel to support projects within the Southeast as needed.
The Sheet Metal Trade Foreman is responsible for the daily supervision, direction, and coordination of assigned construction crews on a project jobsite to safely produce quality work, within project requirements, targeted budget, schedule, and in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. RQ's Six Values are Safety, Ethics, Innovation, People, Teamwork, and Discipline.
PAY: $40.00-50.00 per hour, DOE
