Job summary

Silgan White Cap Corp is seeking operators to run sheet metal stackers and related equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will adjust machines, inspect coated sheets for defects, and ensure data is recorded for quality and SPC processes.

Compliance with safety procedures is essential. Overtime is available after 40 hours, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including a company-sponsored pension and 401(k) with matching, along with tuition reimbursement

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of machine operation experience.
• Experience as a Stacker.
• Experience in a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust sheet metal stacking equipment and related machinery.
• Remove finished sheets and inspect for coating issues or defects.
• Record defects and collect data for SPC and quality checks.
• Monitor process charts and take corrective actions as needed.
• Follow plant food safety procedures and ensure clean equipment.
