About the Company

A well-established commercial building envelope contractor is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Shop Foreman to oversee its fabrication operations. The company specializes in architectural metal systems, ACM panels, metal wall panels, roofing, sheet metal, and related exterior building envelope solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sheet metal fabricator or shop supervisor to take a leadership role within a growing operation, overseeing daily shop production while ensuring projects are fabricated accurately, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Position Overview

The Sheet Metal Shop Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sheet metal fabrication shop. This includes managing workflow, coordinating personnel, reviewing drawings and fabrication requirements, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring all materials and components are fabricated accurately and on time. The successful candidate will have a strong hands-on background in architectural sheet metal, ACM panels, aluminum composite panels, metal wall panels, flashing, coping, trims, and related building envelope products.
