Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in sheet metal roofing, including installation and repair of standing seam and architectural metal systems.
• Strong leadership background with the ability to coach and supervise a roofing crew.
• Advanced knowledge of roofing materials such as EPDM, TPO, and insulation boards.
• Familiarity with estimating software and material procurement processes.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a crew of roofing professionals on active job sites.
• Oversee installation, repair, flashing, and maintenance of sheet metal roofing systems.
• Perform material takeoffs and estimate quantities for roofing systems.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop job cost projections and timelines.
• Read and interpret architectural plans and roofing drawings for compliance.
• Ensure proper handling and cutting of metals based on job requirements.
• Promote and enforce all OSHA safety standards.
• Conduct thorough quality control checks on seam integrity and watertightness.
