Job summary

Hercules Industries is seeking a Production Worker to perform repetitive line assembly and mass production of sheet metal components. The role involves operating machinery, hand/power tools, and material handling in a fast-paced plant environment. Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m., salary $18.00–$25.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, forklift experience, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Benefits include comprehensive plans and ESOP offerings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of general production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and/or power tools for assembly.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly-type functions using hand and/or power tools.
• Operate press brake to form flat sheets.
• Operate automatic fastening machines and devices.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklift as required.
• Attend to other duties as assigned.
