CCS Construction Staffing in Fairborn, Ohio is actively hiring Sheet Metal Mechanics for immediate, project-based work supporting new school construction. You will install ductwork, including square and spiral systems, read blueprints, and bring at least five years of relevant experience.

This full-time position offers a schedule of five 8-hour shifts starting at 6:30 AM with a pay rate of $25–$35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of field experience installing ductwork.
• Ability to interpret construction blueprints.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety training.
• Schedule requires five 8-hour shifts starting at 6:30 AM.
