Job summary

ENFRA LLC is hiring a Senior Sheet Metal Mechanic to install metal/board HVAC systems. The role involves assembling duct, reading blueprints, and completing all duct installation phases across commercial and residential projects.

Candidates should bring 2+ years in duct work, own tools, and the ability to lift heavy materials. The position requires physical stamina, adherence to job-site instructions, and the willingness to travel 0–5% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sheet metal and fiberglass duct work installation on commercial/residential projects.
• Must have own Sheet Metal hand tools, company supplies power tools.
• Must be able and willing to follow job-site instructions.
• Lift heavy materials and not be afraid of heights.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Overview

The Sheet Metal Mechanic Senior is responsible for conducting the installation of metal/board HVAC systems.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• OSHA 10 or 30.

Travel Requirements

• 0-5% of the time will be spent traveling to the job site(s)/office locations.

• Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles

Pay Range

USD $21.13 - USD $32.00 /Hr.
