Job summary

Feldkamp Enterprises, a Marsden Holding Company, is seeking a field team member to support HVAC ductwork installation across the greater Cincinnati area. You will handle sheet metal tools, assist with layouts, and ensure a clean, safe worksite while traveling between sites.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, using hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and maintaining professional communication with all levels of the company. Travel is required across the Cincinnati Tri-State area.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction or sheet metal experience.
• Understand and use hand tools (tape measure, pipe wrenches, hammers, screw drivers, etc.)
• Be able and willing to handle power tools in a safe manner.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner to all levels inside and outside the company.
• Operate in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements (wear proper PPE, keep worksite organized, safe, and free of hazards).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work at heights.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
