Qualifications

• Graduation from high school, vocational training or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of mechanical contracting experience.
• Able to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of HVAC piping joining, cutting, bending.
• Must have valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to work nights/overtime as needed.
• Leadership to mentor less experienced workers.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, install and repair sheet metal products.
• Operate shears, plasma cutters, press brakes, welding machines.
• Load/unload materials and install ducts.
• Review blueprints to determine work sequence and safety procedures.
• Lead by example and train junior tradespeople.
• Ensure safety and quality on site.
