Comfort Systems USA Southwest in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Sheet Metal Journeyman Foreman to lead on-site duct fabrication and installation. The role requires deep experience with commercial sheet metal, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with other trades.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of commercial sheet metal experience.
• Experience with ductwork types: TDF, Pittsburgh and snap lock construction, TDC, Duct mate, 22mm, 35mm, S & D, Spiral, Duct Board Fiberglass, and FRP.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and OSHA/ADOSH safety requirements.
• Ability to read blueprints and set elevations; shop layout and fabrication basics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and pre-plan projects to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee duct detailing, ordering, coordination, and material inspection.
• Coordinate ductwork with other trades and subcontractors; schedule equipment deliveries.
• Supervise installation of duct, accessories, equipment; set daily/weekly goals.
• Perform daily installation quality and safety inspections; ensure SMACNA conformity.
