Job summary

East Penn Manufacturing Company, Inc. in Lyons, PA is seeking skilled Sheet Metal Fabricators to support industrial manufacturing operations, including fabrication, installation, repair, and modification of sheet metal systems and components.

The role offers 1st shift (6a-2p) and 2nd shift (2p-10p) with starting wages of $30.00-$38.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus a $5,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sheet metal fabrication, installation, or maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and fabrication equipment.
• Experience with MIG and stick welding.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, install, modify, and repair sheet metal components and assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and specifications.
• Perform layout, measuring, cutting, forming, welding, and assembly operations.
• Operate sheet metal fabrication equipment including shears, brakes, rollers, plasma cutting equipment, and related machinery.
• Perform MIG and stick welding as required.
• Assist with field installations and modifications throughout manufacturing facilities.
