Job summary

HPM Building Supply in Keaau, Hawaii, is hiring a full-time Custom Metal Roofing (CMR) Sheet Metal Fabricator Specialist. You will load coils, cut sheets, and fabricate metal with the Ras Bender, while maintaining accurate inventory records and meeting daily production goals.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM with some overtime. Benefits include medical, dental, PTO, 401(k), ESOP, and more.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Forklift certification or ability to be forklift certified.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to work in an outdoor warehouse in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load coils, cut sheets, and fabricate metal using Ras Bender.
• Complete flashing orders from start to finish and ensure accuracy.
• Keep inventory records up to date.
• Maintain safety and efficiency in an outdoor warehouse environment.
• Support department goals with reliable, timely production.
