Job summary

Better Engineering is seeking hands-on manufacturing helpers in Maryland to support running a sheet metal laser and a press brake for parts used in our automated machinery.

The role follows a 4x10 hour day shift (Monday through Thursday) with occasional overtime on Fridays. You should be within a 45-minute commute of Joppa, MD and be comfortable with on-the-job training in a fast-paced production environment.

• Experience operating a sheet metal laser.
• Experience operating a sheet metal press brake.
• Live within a 45-minute commute of Joppa, MD.
