Job summary

Pro Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Engineer to join our engineering and manufacturing team. You will design manufacturable sheet metal parts, selecting materials and fabrication methods to optimize cost and performance.

You will work closely with engineering, production, quality, and customers to develop efficient sheet metal products, review designs for manufacturability, and support production with technical problem-solving and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience in sheet metal design and fabrication.
• Knowledge of CAD and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to review designs for manufacturability, cost, and efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced and motivatedSheet Metal Engineerto join our engineering and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sheet metal design, fabrication, manufacturing processes, and CAD. This position will work closely with engineering, production, quality, and customers to develop efficient, manufacturable, and cost-effective sheet metal products.

• Proficient in CAD, Solidworks or AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with fabrication techniques like laser cutting, punching, bending, forming, welding, and assembly.
• Understanding of materials science and metallurgy.
• Review designs for manufacturability, quality, cost, and production efficiency.
• Support production with technical problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Work with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve design and process issues.

• $65,000 - $70,000 salary based on experience
• Monday thru Friday Schedule
