Job summary

Heat & Control Limited is seeking a skilled sheet metal supervisor to lead a bending, rolling, and cutting team at our Pembroke facility. You will review engineering drawings, plan processes, select tools and equipment, and collaborate with engineers to meet project requirements and quality standards.

You should have a high school diploma with technical training and at least 5 years in sheet metal operations, including CNC programming, plus 2 years of team leadership. Hours are 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma plus technical or vocational training in brake press and laser operation.
• Minimum 5 years in bending, rolling, and cutting including CNC programming.
• Minimum 2 years managing a team of brake press and laser operators.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of sheet metal techniques, cutting tools, and bending/rolling equipment.
• Familiarity with CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code).

Responsibilities

• Manage and participate in sheet metal operations, including CNC laser and brake press programming, setup, and operation of equipment.
• Maintain equipment, oversee tooling inventory, and purchase raw materials and tools.

• High school degree plus additional technical or vocational training in brake press and laser operation.
• Minimum 5 years experience in bending, rolling, and cutting including CNC programming.
• Minimum 2 years experience managing a team of brake press and laser operators.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of sheet metal techniques, cutting tools, and bending and rolling equipment.
• Familiarity with CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code).
• Hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Pembroke facility.
