Job summary

IKM Building Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sheet Metal Construction Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and industrial projects in Wisconsin. You will supervise workers, coordinate activities, maintain quality, and ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.

The role requires strong leadership and the ability to read blueprints and shop drawings, with knowledge of OSHA regulations and HVAC ductwork installation. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sheet metal construction foreman experience.
• Sheet Metal Apprenticeship completion.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC ductwork installation.
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Construction Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and industrial construction projects. • Regular exposure to construction site conditions, including noise, dust, and changing weather.
• Travel to project sites is required.
