Job summary

Starflex Precision Manufacturing in Georgia is seeking an experienced CNC laser operator to join our fast-paced fabrication team. You will prepare, set up, and run CNC laser cutting operations, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet strict tolerances.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running CNC laser equipment (required).
• Amada experience preferred; other laser platforms strongly encouraged to apply.
• Blueprint literacy and proficiency with calipers/micrometers.
• Detail-driven, quality-focused mindset.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and operate CNC laser cutting equipment for production.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Load/unload materials and parts safely and efficiently.
• Verify part quality, dimensions, and finishes.
• Handle routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain steady production flow and meet daily targets.
• Coordinate closely with production and quality teams.
