Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic computer operations and read written instructions.
• Basic understanding of math and proficiency with measuring instruments.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and handle manual tasks involving materials.
• Visual acuity including close/distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Shear Machine Operator to join their team. As a Shear Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shear Machine Operator

Location: Washington, MO

Pay Range: $19-$20

Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm

What's the Job?
