This is an 8-month contract position with potential extension up to 12-18 months, based in Columbus, Ohio. The role requires onsite work five days per week with occasional work-from-home flexibility and flexible start/end times. You will collaborate with both local and global teams on SharePoint modernization and process automation initiatives within a legal department environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Power Automate solutions to modernize legacy SharePoint workflows and replace InfoPath functionality
- Migrate existing SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online, including re-architecture of workflows and enhancement of outdated sites
- Design and build automated business processes that move data between SharePoint Online and upstream/downstream systems
- Create integrations and API connections to streamline data movement across applications
- Rebuild and enhance existing SharePoint Online functionality to meet modernization requirements
- Consolidate and centralize learning resources, events, calendars, videos, communications, and tools into a modern Legal learning storefront
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and translate them into automated solutions
Qualifications
- Required
- Strong hands-on experience developing with Microsoft Power Automate
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online, including site modernization and configuration
- Solid coding and development background with the ability to build solutions beyond administration
- Experience building and deploying business workflow automations
- Preferred
- SharePoint migration and modernization experience
- Experience migrating legacy InfoPath workflows and forms to modern alternatives
- Integration and API development experience
