Job summary

SAIC is seeking a SharePoint Collection Administrator (SCA)/Graphic Artist in Chantilly, VA to manage SharePoint architecture, settings, permissions, and site maintenance. The role ensures that structures align with guidelines and data is securely managed to support collaboration across offices.

You will also contribute to the design and production of graphics for training, proposals, media, and briefing materials.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly and US Citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience, Masters with 4+ years of experience, or PhD with 0 years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience working with Intelligence Community and/or DOD programs.
• Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining SharePoint sites/collections.
• Demonstrated experience creating graphics and posters (e.g., Photoshop).
• Demonstrated experience managing a training program.
• Demonstrated experience working with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Front office page development and maintenance
• Integration of individual Program Offices content and support as requested
• Directorate level access management
• Library configuration and management
• Workflow maintenance and development for Directorate processes
• Regression testing and validation of existing workflows and capabilities
• Interfacing with Enterprise Media Services Center for web and graphics support
• Providing general graphics support and design for briefing material and posters
• Collaboration with team members/customers to conceptualize and develop multimedia products
• Photography support and photo editing
