Job summary

BBNC seeks a coordinated professional to provide leadership and organizational support in the daily operations of the Shareholder & Corporate Relations department in Anchorage, AK. This role supervises administrative staff and coordinates shareholder engagement activities, corporate events, and reporting.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, tracking contributions, supporting community initiatives, volunteer opportunities, and managing communications for SCR, while growing programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a professional setting.

Description

Provide leadership and organizational support in the daily operations of the Shareholder & Corporate Relations department. This position supervises administrative staff and the planning, coordination, and execution of shareholder engagement activities, corporate events, corporate contributions, and shareholder records reporting.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:
  • Acts as lead in coordination of shareholder meetings, Bristol Bay Leadership Forum and special outreach events
  • Accurately track and process corporate contributions
  • Coordinate support for community needs or initiatives
  • Coordinate board and employee volunteer opportunities
  • Act as Communications liaison for SCR
  • Grow shareholder discount program and other benefit programs
  • Run various shareholder reports from shareholder information system
  • Track external corporate memberships
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a professional setting
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent sitting and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to support event logistics, including physical setup as needed
  • Work performed in a professional office facility
