Waypoint seeks a Shared Living Provider to welcome an adult with ID/DD into your home under a contracted arrangement. You will support education, employment, recreation, and independent living skills as part of the person’s team.
The role includes ongoing training, a daily stipend, and access to development opportunities. A suitable home environment and reliable transportation are required.

Share your home and help an adult with a developmental disability to live in a family setting. Shared Living Providers open their homes to support individuals with education, employment, recreation, family inclusion, health/mental health, and independent living skills, and serve as an important member of the person's team in identifying and achieving their personal life goals. This is a contracted position to support a person 12 months per year in your home.
