Job description

Salary: 36,000 - 105,000 depending on individual, not taxed

Prime Home is looking for shared living provider applicants to place clients who will reside in your home.

This position requires an open bedroom and the ability to help take care of an individual with a disability. The goal of this service is to encourage and teach skill development so the individual can be as independent as possible. The range of client needs varies between highly behavioral individuals to people with higher medical needs.

This subcontracting position is a work-from-home role, where you provide care and support for a person in your own home, as well as provide transportation as needed. This position requires a desire to make a difference in an individual's life. Prime Home is here to assist and support you in the process and follow all State Regulations. SLPs are paid anywhere between $36,000-$105,000 per year, depending on the individual funding received from the state. This is tax-free money as it is a protected income by law. On top of this yearly salary, SLPs are also paid $600 Room and Board per month for any individuals living with them to help pay for groceries, rent/mortgage, etc. Potential management of behavioral issues such as aggression, property destruction, etc.

The applicant process is thorough and detailed, depending on many factors:

1. Accuracy/Completeness of Application.
2. Scheduling both phone and in-person interviews.
3. Scheduling a walkthrough of the home services will be provided.
4. All applicants, SLPs, Alt Care, and non-provider household members over the age of 13 are required to undergo initial and annual background checks, which include Criminal, APS/CPS, and Sex Offender histories.
5. Completion of required trainings (provided).
6. Proof of Auto Insurance and Homeowners/Renters Insurance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Fluent in ASL (American Sign Language) and English.
• Open bedroom available.
• Desire to make a difference in an individual’s life.
