Shall Prosper Enterprises LLC is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver in Spring, TX to join our Amazon DSP partner team. This role requires driving 8–10 hour shifts, punctual deliveries, and a positive customer-facing approach.

Starting pay is $20.75 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance after probation, PTO, and performance bonuses. A company vehicle is provided for deliveries, and a valid Texas driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach above head, kneel and stretch during shifts up to 10 hrs.
• Ability to effectively operate a GPS.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages on 8–10 hour shifts with punctual deliveries.
• Operate courier van and navigate to delivery points.
• Interact professionally with customers and adhere to safety policies.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Shall Prosper Enterprises (SPE), a Delivery Service Partner with Amazon, is looking for self-motivated competitive go-getters. Leave your gym memberships at the gym because you can get all the cardio you need right here, while being paid. This job requires Delivery Associates (DAs) who can handle the pressures of 8-10 hr days, yet make punctual deliveries, with a smile. The perfect candidates for these positions thrive in a fast-paced environment, are quick learners, adaptable, and accountable. Punctuality, both in arriving to work and delivering is paramount. Must be able to step up and down continuously in courier vans, walk back and forth, as well as make deliveries up and down stairs. Delivery experience is preferred but not required.
