Project LeanNation Middletown is seeking a friendly Shake Bar Educator to join our founding team. You will prepare made-to-order shakes, ensure quality, and create a welcoming guest experience that encourages members to return.

You’ll interact with health-minded customers, learn goals, and recommend products, all while maintaining a clean, organized shake bar and assisting with store operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shakes precisely to recipe standards with consistent taste and presentation.

• Suggest add-ons and products aligned with member needs.
• Assist with meal fulfillment, retail, and store operations as needed.
• Enter orders and add-ons using the Square POS system.
