Job summary

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation in Oklahoma City is seeking Retail Team Members for seasonal roles to assist in the daily operation of retail locations. You will provide guest service, process sales on a POS, and help maintain a clean, inviting sales floor.

Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays are required; you must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and be professional, motivated, and able to stand or walk for up to six hours at a time.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be professional, self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude.
• Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others.
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation of Retail locations, including guest service and sales transactions.
• Maintain shop appearance, keep merchandise presentable, and follow inventory procedures.
• Stock product and keep displays neat, organized, and full.
• Comply with all Safety and Fire policies and procedures.
• Report information to supervisors and full-time staff.

Job description

Retail Team Members are seasonal and scheduled depending on operational needs with pay up to $10.00

Assist in the daily operation of Retail locations. Primary functions include guest service, handling sales transactions and upkeep of location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct all business in a hospitable manner towards all guests and fellow team members by smiling, showing enthusiasm, and being polite
• Perform sales and customer service functions such as cashiering on a POS register and conversing with guests
• Maintain shop appearance throughout the day by cleaning windows, sweeping, keeping merchandise presentable, and removing trash and cardboard from location throughout the day
• Follow inventory procedures to ensure maximum accuracy
• Stock product onto the sales floor as needed while keeping all merchandise and displays neat, organized, and full
• Comply with all Safety and Fire policies and procedures
• Adhere to park attendance policy as stated in the Team Member Handbook, including break policies
• Complete all daily checklists as assigned
• Report all pertinent information to supervisors, and full-time staff
