Qualifications

• Experience filming and editing short‑form social content.
• Comfortable shooting on an iPhone or professional camera.
• Access to high‑quality microphones/audio equipment.
• Strong eye for framing, lighting, audio, pacing and editing.

Responsibilities

• Film street interviews around Mission District, Marina, North Beach, Hayes Valley, SoMa, Pacific Heights and other SF neighborhoods.
• Shoot high‑quality vertical video using an iPhone or professional camera.
• Set up and manage microphones and audio to ensure interviews sound great.
• Edit footage into tight, engaging TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Add captions, cuts, hooks and other elements to improve retention.
• Help experiment with new formats and ideas designed to create viral content.
