Job summary

Raindrop is a monitoring platform for AI agents. We help AI-driven products detect and fix issues in production by linking traces, surfacing root causes, and enabling self-healing workflows.

As part of the early team, you will embed with customers, own problems end-to-end, and translate field learnings into product feedback that shapes our roadmap. Ideal candidates are top communicators and strong engineers who can read code, debug production systems, and fix customer bugs hands-on.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator who can engage with customers.
• Hands-on software engineer who can read a codebase and fix customer bugs.
• Interest in AI products and tools is highly desirable.
• Growth mindset and willingness to solve hard problems.
• Willing to be onsite in San Francisco or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to get them up and running on Raindrop.
• Own customer problems end-to-end, debugging across their agents and platform.
• Turn learnings on the ground into product feedback that shapes the roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to drive high-impact work from day one.
