Alliance Hospitality Group is seeking a Barback at the W Hotel's Sexy Roman restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a detail-oriented approach, and experience in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities include assisting the service team, maintaining a polished appearance and efficiently managing multiple tasks to provide exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• A minimum of 1 year of fine‑dining busser/runner/barback experience. High volume bar experience is also ideal.
• Strong customer service skills.
• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, college degree.
• Must be detail.
• Ability to carry 3 hot plates comfortably and with grace.
• Must be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
• Punctual, regular and reliable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
