Job summary

Axiom Staffing Group in Westminster, MD is seeking applicants for a Sewing School training role on the 1st shift. You will learn sewing by doing, as we pay you to learn how to sew, with hands-on on-the-job training.

The position runs 7:30am-4:00pm Monday through Friday, with no weekend work, within a manufacturing setting assembling coats and trousers.

• Read operation tickets and set up machines for each sewing operation.
• Perform pocket setting, button sewing and buttonhole tasks.

Axiom Staffing is currently seeking applicants for a company in Westminster, MD. for their Sewing School on 1st shift. WE PAY YOU TO LEARN HOW TO SEW!!

Hours: 1st shift 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday, NO WEEKENDS

With-in the manufacturing facility there are several automated sewing units performing multiple operations to coats and trousers. The training process involves reading operation ticket and setting up machine to facilitate proper sewing requirement for that operation. Mostly related to pocket setting, button sewing and buttonhole operations.
