Qualifications

• Basic sewing skills and ability to operate sewing machinery.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products on the sewing line with consistent quality.
• Reach daily production goals and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized workstation.
• Mentor colleagues as Level 2/3 cross-training progress.
