Qualifications

• NASSCO certification covering PACP/LACP and MACP.
• Immunization requirements for Sewer Group employees.
• Current valid Class C (Class 1) Driver's License required at application or before appointment.

Responsibilities

• Locate and inspect sewer lines and manholes.
• Perform dye tests, smoke tests, and filming of sewer lines, tapes and logs footage as needed.
• Locate buried manholes and perform walking inspection of sewer lines too large to be filmed; enter manholes for physical inspection.
• Read record drawings, section sheets and construction maps.
• Inspect new contractor sewer lines.
• Maintain manual and automated records and logs; some computer use.
• Schedule and coordinate TV Truck work schedules.
• Operate equipment per Authority safety rules; maintain and clean equipment.
