Responsibilities

• Perform sewer and pressing tasks per Nordstrom guidelines and service standards.
• Manage workload, follow through on customer needs, and complete items on time.
• Meet department and individual productivity goals while following processes.
• Use store technology to coordinate alteration needs and track progress.
• Collaborate with Alterations & Store Team to meet customer expectations.
